Mike joined the Tri-State Selects last year after playing 4 seasons for the NJ
Jr. Titans playing “AAA” hockey at the Bantam and Midget level. Highlights of
his hockey career thus far have been a third place finish for the Jr. Titans at
Nationals when he was a Bantam Major. During that season Mike finished the
season in the top ten in the league in scoring.
Mike is 5’11” tall and weighs 165lbs. His natural position is center but he is
equally comfortable playing wing. He shoots left handed.
Mike’s has been described as a player with “Very good hands and feet, sees the
whole ice surface and reacts quickly and continues to work hard."
Mike is currently a senior at Holy Ghost Prep High School. He is a four-year
varsity ice hockey player. Mike is a two-time All-Star in the LBCSHL (’04, ’05,
'06).
Mike was also picked as the Empire League offensive player of the month for
November.
